House is a condo and a little on the smaller side, but was able to accommodate six guys comfortably. If we had a seventh guy the pull out couches in the living room would have had to be re-arranged each night/morning and would be extremely tight. The house is on the olde side and can tell some of the renos are a bit quirky. But, was clean, had AC and was comfortable.Al in in all had a great stay and a great beach location. ##### marcos l.
