  • Une belle maison de 2 chambres 1 salle de bain niché dans l'emplacement le plus souhaitable à Pacific Beach, North PB. Situé au 876, rue Tourmaline, Tourmaline Beach et Surf Park sont à moins de 2 ½ pâtés de maisons. Nous sommes situés dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à distance de marche de certains des meilleurs restaurants de San Diego et d'une vie nocturne animée à proximité. Grands cafés, une épicerie et Bird Rock (la Jolla), Turquoise Shopping ect .; Assez loin de l'agitation mais assez proche pour en profiter! Vous allez adorer cette maison. Le propriétaire l'a conçu pour sa famille mais a dû déménager pour sa carrière. Il est très bien fait avec une disposition ouverte, une cuisine très haut de gamme, une terrasse en séquoia à l'avant et à l'arrière, les animaux domestiques avec une cour privée, une allée privée, un grand bain à remous, une aire de pique-nique et sont merveilleusement paysagers.

    Cette maison est haut de gamme et bien aménagée. Il est livré avec 3 téléviseurs à écran plat (un dans le salon, un dans chaque chambre), un lecteur DVD et des DVD, une connexion Wi-Fi, une télévision par câble, une cuisine entièrement équipée, des comptoirs en granit, des armoires en bois de cerisier, un beau surfeur de vitraux, table à manger, 2 commodes, deux lits queen, futon en cuir dépliable (draps frais inclus) et accessoires de plage! Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de la plage! (chaises de plage, serviettes propres et planches de bodyboard, combinaison de plongée et planche de surf douce

    Un magnifique pont avant et arrière privé parfait pour le café ou le thé du matin ou un déjeuner l'après-midi!
    Animaux acceptés, avec une cour privée clôturée. La cour pittoresque est magnifiquement aménagée et dispose d'un jacuzzi et d'un barbecue en acier inoxydable

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was great. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The bikes and hot tub were great additions! We would definitely recommend the house to others.

Wonderful little house! Location was amazing. Everything was very comfortable! Only heads up I would give is the neighbors homes are VERY close. If you are outside it's common to hear or see neighbors even if noise is kept to a reasonable level. Just how the homes were made!

We rented this adorable beach house (2.5 blocks from a wonderful beach) in the Turquise Neighborhood and had a wonderful time in Pacific Beach.Property owner, Richard, communicated in a timely manner, was extremely accomodating, and kind.The house was very cute! My teenage sons used the hot tub every night, and learned to surf on their own (refused to take lessons!) and loved it. This saved us a lot of money in not having to rent surf and boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. There was also a cooler and sand toys, which we did not use.The house had very comfy beds, and a spacious kitchen. The front and back patios became extra hang out areas, and had plenty of seating. We loved this house and would stay again in the future! Highly reccommend this house and the property owner!

San Diego Zoo Visit

This beach house made the perfect base camp for our trip to the San Diego Zoo. It was so nice to be able to soak in the hot tub after spending the day exploring, and it was close to plenty of shopping/dining options as well as the beach.

This was a great house. It was a short walk to the beach (2 blocks) and about a 10-minute bike ride to Mission Beach. We used the beach cruisers the hosts provided. They aren't in perfect shape, but they were fine for my 2 sons and me. We really enjoyed biking around the area. It's also a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard isn't completely private, but the neighbors back there kept to themselves, and we didn't find it to be troublesome. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back.

This is just a great place. Location is amazing, a short walk to the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking; just bring your favorite spices. The beach toys, the ample towels, the clean hot tub, a free parking place, a quite neighborhood, a lovely front porch...I would book again and again.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Our host Richard responded to all of our questions immediately. The property was amazing and within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a golden retriever with us so the fenced in back yard was a plus!

Cute House in an Excellent Location

Cute house with beautiful hardwood floors, open kitchen and living space. Loved the reclaimed wood dining table and chairs, it was all a very beach vibe. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, the location was excellent. We had a great stay.

Stay at this location with family and 2 pets. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. We did not use all of the amenities as we spent majority of time outside of home. Great location.

Cute beach town home in excellent location. Quiet street only 2 blocks to the beach. Very close grocery store and restaurants. Home is very comfortable and well represented in the photos. Loved sitting on the front deck. Would definitely stay here again
