The house itself is in need of upkeep. The molding around the kitchen door kept coming off every time it was opened. The hot water tank drained cold within minutes of starting a shower. The bench seat at the dining table was cracked in half and was reassembled with L brackets that was dangerous and wouldn’t hold a young child. Toilets clogged. Utensils were broken ( spatula, cork screw). The floors were sticky and full of sand when we first arrived. There was hair in the bed and on the wall of the bathroom. For the price that we paid for the rental and the cleaning, I expected better. ##### Laura L. The place and location was perfect. Do be aware that with the house right on the boardwalk there’s a constant stream of people right by the bedroom windows many different hours of the day.
