This recently restored home is located right in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. Natural light pours throughout the spacious home, highlighting brand new beautiful floors and complementing spacious, open common areas. The Space: This home comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, cozy beds, beautiful decor, wifi throughout, shared outdoor patio area, and two parking spots! Located on the left side of the property, through the left security gate and up 20 steps. This unit is on the top floor of a 3-unit property. Security cameras onsite. This property is so conveniently located in the heart of San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood. Has plenty of room for 6-8 people; we were 9 so it was nice and cozy. Parking for up to three vehicles, which is a dream in that part of town. The place was clean when we got there. Rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. There’s not a lot of closet space. There’s a farmers market on Saturdays just outside your door, make sure to check it out if you’re there. Stevie was an awesome host!
