It was a roomy, well-maintained house, in a great location convenient (walking a short distance) to both mission bay and mission beach as well as to restaurants and most importantly just steps to the Better Buzzed Coffee place and the Olive Cafe. It was also a convenient starting place to drive up to La Jolla and Del Mar. My siblings and I had fun also just watching tv together in the spacious and comfortably furnished living room. The balcony off one of the bedrooms is a bonus! And up the spiral stairs from it is another rooftop balcony where one can enjoy the views and ocean air and the fireworks from Seaworld. This property was everything that was advertised. The location was perfect between the ocean and bay. Restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience store were steps away. It was very clean.
