Close to all the PAC Beach excitement, restaurants, bars and beach. We had a few neighbors who liked to party and were loud until the early 3 am hours. It’s definitely a party area for younger crowd. We didn’t have any issues with that though. The house could use a little TLC and some new carpet for sure but other than that it worked out perfect for us. The garages are small but we were able to fit our ford transit in garage 4 only. We had a very skilled driver who was able to do it. ##### Shafil s. The only problem is when you get there you cannot rent the garage because it is unavailable. The house was overall very dirty, mold in the shower, Countertops covered up with spray paint , over holes in walls Sloppily painted-unprofessionally, bathroom drain in tub clogged, Top of refrigerator and freezer not cleaned wait old food on it and in it. We thought that the house could have been cleaner, especially the floors. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, and took a couple of days to fix. The sofa bed was broken and was not able to be replaced during our stay. The property management company was responsive, but the inconvenience of those two items not working was a struggle to deal with. We understand that sometimes things break down, so it was just unfortunate that it happened during our stay. The location was great though. ##### Julie G.
