« This little place is a gem. Just a mile from the beach, straight shot down Mission Avenue. Page Ballesteros couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. The little place is bright and clean. Great food choices all around. All appliances in perfect working order. You’ll love this place. Try Mia Tiara’s for coffee and a muffin in the way to the beach in the morning! »

« Location on Oak St was perfect. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Dishwasher was not working so I let the owner know so she could get it repaired. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making our beach days easy. »

« What a fantastic stay at a lovely house! Beautiful ocean view from Master Bedroom. Perfect location, many beaches within a short walking distance (1 block), a handful of fantastic restaurants also within walking distance. It was so nice not having to use our car. We just did a quick getaway from our home in La Jolla, CA. « This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip. »

« To say that Villa Rosa is amazing would be an absolute understatement, it is an absolute hidden gem. This property and the hosts, Tiffany and Jeremiah are phenomenal! « The place was perfect—we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again! There was plenty of room for our family of seven, and everyone was comfortable. We loved having four showers, the comfortable beds, and being just a short walk from the beach.
