Overall the place it’s okay, clean room, nice pool. The bathroom door opens inward but the bathroom itself it’s really small, making it hard for people to open/shut the door and the same happens with the shower door. I had a bad experience when an employee opened my room unexpectedly, just with the pretext of checking if the room was free. I’m a bit skeptical about it, specially when I had my reservation and room cleaned the very same day and of course each room has a phone. Transportation from an to Hermosillo is hard to get and it can be expensive, Uber is supposed to be available but it always indicated “limited availability”.

Bueno Ami en lo personal no me gusto para nada el servicio del hotel pessimo solo ise check in me dieron llaves me dijeron como llegar al cuarto y fue todo lo que escuché de parte de ellos,asta el último día supe donde era el bufete y eso que fui en día domingo asta el día miércoles no avía mucha gente y aún así.nunca ofrecieron servicios ,en mi opinion puedes quedarte en otro lugar más varato y no esperar nada ibual que en este hotel 👍

Gets 2 overall since they need to update the info one looks at when picking their hotel. No steam room as advertised and most of the other is behind a paywall for some spa. :Edit: Censored, no names but definitely choose who you book with.

Nos encantó!!!!!! Los cuartos son súper limpios, dejas muy bien de toallas, café, shampoo, agua y todo eso. Aunque nos salimos tarde del cuarto, se estuvieron al pendiente para hacer la limpieza. La calidad de las instalaciones es un 10/10 y el agua calientita es un 100/10. (Difícil en san carlos) Sin duda nuestro hotel favorito.

Great place to stay in San Carlos. Fantastic view of Tetakawi mountains. It has a Fabulous location very close to restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The ramps for handicap wheeled assistance should have some traction tape installed. Painted concrete not good. Left over soap and hair clips from previous guests was left in room. No refrigerator.

There was no internet connection in my room Multiple calls to front desk did not do anything. I need an internet service for my work. I checked out after one night. Hotel charged me full amount for 5 nights. Hotel policy says they charge one night penalty for cancelations. Multiple calls and email to hotel were ignored. I had to get my credit card company involved. Very poor and dishonest customer service negated all positive things about the hotel.

Charged more than the hotels.com price quoted
The hotel charged me more than the quote given by this website. Instead of 124.night they charged me 136 and 163. The floors of the hotel room were dirty. At 3:20 the front desk staff ignored me standing there for 10 min while they did little more than sorting and stacking leaflets... then refused to let me check in until after 4pm... stayed at the hotel many times in the past and service has gone down. Will not stay there again.

This is a Mexican resort for Mexican vacationers. They told me to get and bring towels from my room, bc they have a missing towel issue. Not bad hotel, but tbh not what I’ve come to expect from hotels coming from the states. Sad to say but Sonora is the Alabama of Mexico. Sorry, can’t recommend
