All staff were excellent, including the front desk, the bar, the breakfast crew, and the cleaning. In particular, Sol at the front desk was fantastic. She took care of all our needs and questions, she mOved our heavy bags in and out of storage, and she exuded light and positivity every time we passed through the lobby. Thank you Sol

Terrible check in experience! The team do not spread English not even a word. Very slow handling Even after booking the room the price is not clear. Initially we received probably the worse room possible not rinocated on the first floor. Not even close to the picture on Expedia web site… After complaining, very difficult with the language barrier and huge inconvenience they replaced to another room on the roof floor. It’s ok but several infrastructure issues… The room is so hot, the bath water can is broken…

Great service and nice, big rooms.
Great service at this hotel. Breakfast was fine. Good comfort in the room, our room was really big, but a little outdated. We will be back.

Good location close to Main Street just few minutes walking distance and also close to Centro Cívico. Staffs are very nice. Room clean and price reasonable

Couldn’t get any hot water in the shower. Great location though, and very nice staff. Breakfast was excellent. Stayed the night here with the most beautiful girl in the world so I didn’t really give a damn about any of this.

Other than street noise hotel is fine. It’s on the busy Main Street so noise lasts past midnight. If you drive, hotel has parking.

perfectly adequate hotel
This hotel was perfectly adequate, nothing outstanding but provides a comfortable room. One minor concern was that some reception staff had no English whilst others had good english. But the staff tried their best which was better than some places in Argentina, so cant complain. The Wi-Fi was sluggish at times and probably can’t cope when demand is high. The best thing about this hotel is it’s location and free parking.

Excellent Bariloche choice
We stayed here twice in a week, with an interlude in San Martín de los Andes in between. The Nahuel Huapi is an excellent choice in Bariloche due to its central location and excellent service, as well as amenities like wifi and breakfast.

Good value and fine location in Bariloche
We stayed at the Nahuel Huapi twice, a few days apart, bookending a trip to San Martín de los Angeles. We found the staff very warm and helpful in all respects. The breakfasts are large and with a good variety of fruit, cereal, pastries. The coffee, however, is weak and tasteless. The wifi is fine in rooms facing on the street but weaker on the back. However, it's much quieter on the back, as Bariloche has a problem with noisy late night motorcyclists, as the local newspaper admitted during the time we were there.

very central hotel, in downtown,ok not excellent
it is a very good located hotel if you do not have a car you will not need to rent one you can go by walk to everywhere.to change money,to eat,to shop,etc the staff is very helpful and nice the garage is in the same hotel, so is very confortable

Centrally Located, Over All Nice, But...
The hotel is centrally located and the staff and breakfast are very good. The downside is the hotel is located on a busy street in the city center with minimal soundproofing - especially if you need to keep a window open for fresh air.

great location and helpful staff
See above title. Although in central area, it was a block away from the noisier main street running parallel. I was able to get personal assistance with other reservation confirmations with airlines and a transfer company in English! (with a smile).

Gostei bastante da atenção dos funcionários e dois pontos para melhoria: - o vazamento de água no box do banheiro que deixou o piso bem molhado após o banho. - o acesso do elevador é apenas até o 4º andar e ficamos no 5º. Para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção, preste atenção antes da reserva.

Altamente recomendado. Voltarei com certeza.
Hotel muitoooo bem localizado. Praticamente todos os passeios se iniciam em frente ao hotel. Quarto com isolamentos acústico ótimo Ótima cama de casal Banhei muito bom, com ducha forte, porém, vaza água para fora chuveiro. Nada de mais também. Café da manhã completo, excelente. E atendimento excelente também.

Atendimento é brilhante!
Foi uma estadia incrível no Hotel Nahuel Huapi! Todos muito corteses, muito educados e simpáticos. Foram prestativos em todos os momentos, pediram Remises quando lhes solicitamos, deram todas as informações de forma assertiva e um agradecimento especial vai para o Favian que nos ajudou demais em aspectos que ele não tinha nenhuma obrigação. Toda a equipe foi ótima! E o hotel também foi excelente, numa região perto de tudo e com acesso a tudo, paralela a Rua Mitre. O café da manhã muito bom e atendeu bem! Limpeza impecável e aquecimento perfeito nos dias frios. Recomendo e voltaria mil vezes!

Muito bom
Uma otima hospedagem, local limpo, camareiras atenciosa, limpesa diária, centro da cidade, café da manhã muito bom, mas repetitivos (mesmas coisas todos dias) ruim pra quem fica muitos dias como nós 6 dias, funcionários da recepção muito prestativos (lucas) e os outros também, o único incômodo é que o 5 andar o elevador não é liberado para os hospedes, e tem q subir pelas escadas, o elevador é antigo e qdo os hóspedes esquecem de fechar as 2 portas, vc tem q descer ou subir a escada, no mais hotel muito bom dentro da proposta de hospedagem...
