We had a terrible stay. The room door was broken and emitted a deathly yelp every time opened or closed so kept waking us up. And a manager never called after requesting to speak with one. Also the charges were a lot higher than quoted.

Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa
The property was clean, but tired. The carpet was stained and a bit "crunchy"- like the carpet had been cleaned one too many times. Air conditioning/heating was great. Staff was great. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Seemed pretty overpriced to me, but service was good.

Quality Inn Riverside near UCR and Downtown
After I checked in, I visited the pool which was uncleaned and full of debris. Upon returning to my room, there was a maintenance worker inside that startled me. The manager called and apologized. I tried to take a shower and the water that came out smelled like sewage. Then I noticed the black mold ...
