Welcome to the Lazy River Ranch, a secluded 72-acre retreat in the heart of Texas Hill Country, just 7 miles from downtown Boerne and under an hour from San Antonio. This expansive property offers a luxurious main house and a unique pool house, all designed for an unforgettable stay. Lazy River Ranch comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests with accommodations that include five king beds, two queen beds, two twin beds, and a sofa bed.



The Space:

Main House

The Main House offers over 5,000 sq. ft. of refined living space, featuring five generously sized bedrooms and five full bathrooms. With multiple living areas and soaring ceilings, the home blends comfort, functionality, and sophistication. The gourmet kitchen boasts modern appliances and custom cabinetry, making it ideal for preparing meals for family and friends. Accommodations include two primary suites, each with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with king beds, a trundle room with two trundles (each featuring a queen on top and a twin on the bottom), and a loft with a sleeper sofa. The main home accommodates up to 16 guests.



Please note: The sunroom offers great views, but due to its glass design, it may get warm during the day and won't hold a consistent temperature. Keep the doors closed as much as possible to retain the inside temperature.



Pool House

The Pool House is a cozy one-bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom, space spanning almost 1,400 sq. ft. It provides direct access to the resort-style lazy river and pool, hot tub, and fire pits, making it a perfect spot to unwind. This home accommodates 2 guests, but can accommodate 3 if someone would like to sleep on the couch.

Overlooking a scenic canyon with year-round live water springs, the Guest House features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio with a hot tub, and nearly 1,800 sq. ft. of recently renovated space. Rustic charm meets modern comfort, making it an ideal retreat. This home has two king beds in separate bedrooms, and a queen bunk bed, for a total of four beds that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Guests have full access to 2 residences, pictured outdoor areas, and game spaces, except a few locked closets and barns, which will remain secure.
