Welcome to your San Antonio getaway — a spacious 1,800 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room for up to 10 guests. With a private hot tub, game room and backyard built for spending time together, it’s a great choice for families and groups visiting SeaWorld, Lackland AFB and San Antonio.

**SLEEPING & COMFORT**

The home has beds for up to 8 guests plus a queen air mattress for 2 additional guests.

Inside, you’ll find an open layout with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The spacious living room and primary suite both have Smart TVs with cable and Netflix.

You’ll also have fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, free private parking and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

**GAME ROOM**

The dedicated game room gives kids and adults plenty to do with a pool table, classic arcade machine and games for the group.

**HOT TUB & BACKYARD**

The private backyard is designed for relaxing and spending time together. Soak in the hot tub, challenge the family to cornhole or gather around the fire pit in the evening.

The covered patio offers comfortable seating and outdoor dining with a BBQ grill for cookouts and meals outside.

**LOCATION**

The home is conveniently located near SeaWorld and Lackland Air Force Base, making it a great choice for family vacations, BMT graduation visits and group getaways.

You’ll have plenty of restaurants, shopping and everyday essentials nearby with convenient access to downtown San Antonio, the River Walk and major highways for exploring the rest of the city.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the San Antonio Zoo, Botanical Garden and other popular attractions are also within easy driving distance.

Whether you’re spending the day at SeaWorld, visiting Lackland or simply relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the backyard, this home gives your group a comfortable place to enjoy San Antonio together.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**

• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

• The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. You’re welcome to turn it on when you check in; please allow a few hours for it to reach your preferred temperature.

• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
