« Chambre agréable et grande, propre, mais vue sur les toits des maisons voisines, avec un petit bout de vue sur l’océan. Personnel dela réception sympathique et serviable. Le hall, l’ascenseur et le toit avec piscine et restaurant sont sales et devraient être mieux entretenus. Le petit-déjeuner est réduit et les produits sont de mauvaise qualité. « La casa es muy linda, muy espaciosa y perfecta para familias y grupos grandes. Está al lado del mar y tiene una vista maravillosa. Se encuentra ubicada en la zona sur de la isla, lo que implica cierta lejanía si lo que se busca es tener comercios y restaurantes cerca. Por esta razón, es conveniente alquilar un carro o contar con un servicio de taxi confiable. La host nos refirió a un conductor responsable y comprometido que, por un precio más económico, transportó a mi grupo familiar de 7...

"service aux chambres terrible. bouteilles d'eau non-incluses, la femme de chambre ne laissait pas de serviettes malgré ma demande à chaque jour. pas de savon malgré ma demande. service aux tables inexistant, j'aime avoir une coupe de vin rouge aux repas et c'etait une mission presque impossible se faire servire. je devais demandé 2 à 4 fois en allant au comptoir et je le recevais 20min plus tars si je le recevais car parfois je ne recevais pas. franchement cela pourrait être un bel hotel, mais le service est terrible"
