« This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Shout out to Shakhram at reception for the excellent service. The room was very spacious, the breakfast options were plentiful and always fresh, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Silk Road tourism complex. I stayed in the off season so it can be a little more barren, but it’s 100% worth the few extra dollars you might spend getting into the city center (I never had any problems with Yandex). The room shower had amazing water...

« Overall service and the quality of the room was excellent. Fast wifi, clean room, everything. And I was impressed that all the employees are so good at English. Especially, the employee Sage was excellent. We had a tour and he taught me a lot of cultures of Uzbekistan. Also he helped me to buy some stuffs at the price of the locals. « I had a comfortable stay, but there were a few things worth mentioning for future guests. Hilton Garden Inn Sagod is currently under renovation, and upon arrival I was informed that I would be moved to the Afrosiyob building next door. Unfortunately, there was no advance communication about this change, so my van dropped me at the Sagod entrance and I had to move all my luggage myself from one building to the other. Once settled, the experience improved significantly. The rooms were clean,...
