Rien ne correspondez à notre réservation… Nous avons logés dans un autre bâtiment à plusieurs centaines de mètres donc aucune commodité de l’hôtel réservé, bar, vue sur le lac et même le petit déjeuner où nous avons été une seule fois le jour du départ. Les chambres devais êtres insonorisés, avec chauffage individuel, mais rien de tout cela, et en plus, vous avions deux petites couettes d’un mètre pour un grand lit, une horreur, surtout que les chambres n’étaient pas bien chauffées. Douche sans porte !!! Une note de deux étoiles, tout simplement, parce que le personnel a tout fait pour notre arrivée tardive pour nous servir un plat chaud, alors que vous avions beaucoup de retard avec les problèmes d’annulation et de retards de trains. Sinon j’aurais mis une note dune seule étoile. Je déconseille ou il faut bien demander d’avoir l’hôtel principal et non pas une dépendance." The bus to go to Salzburg is right beside the hotel (about 30min. ride). The hotel has so much charm, the room was cute and the personnel very kind. I also enjoyed a lot the sauna and relaxation area, though I was sad to learn that the person operating the spa (massage, etc.) was on holiday. I could well hear other people at some point, but overall it has been very quiet. The breakfast was very good. I was sad I had to leave after just one night, I would have stayed longer!"
