Summary: Welcome to Ma & Pa's at Saluda Grade Cabins by Stay Saluda! The Space: Saluda Grade Cabins is a cabin community in Saluda, North Carolina. This private oasis provides peace, comfort, and the opportunity to form lifelong memories on the property. While on the Cabin Fever grounds you will have access to a charcoal grill, two communal fire-pit pavilions with seating, its own small mountain stream with bridge access, outdoor play space, two hiking trails, a family-friendly zip-line, a small pond, water wheel, and so much more! Ma and Pa’s is our newest, largest, and only wheelchair-accessible cabin. Ma and Pa’s is larger in size than the others has central heat and air conditioning, and features a large L-shaped screened porch with extra outdoor seating. From its private perch on the side of the mountain. Ma and Pa’s provides the perfect retreat for a relaxing, peaceful vacation. This cabin sleeps 7-8 comfortably with a king-size bed and a twin bed plus trundles in the downstairs bedroom and has a full, a twin, and a twin sleeper sofa in the loft. The loft is accessible by a wide staircase in this cabin. Other features include a large fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size oven, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave, a bathroom with shower and heated tile floor, and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living area. It has a small back porch with a bench. There is a buck stove. Please bring your own firewood and fire-starting materials--paper, kindling, etc. (Liquid fire starters are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.) For easy access, there is parking adjacent to the rear of the cabin. It feels straight out of a fairytale. We go to work, reconnect, and relax which is hard to nail all at once, but this cabin helps us do just that. It is close enough to town to hop out and grab a bite, but cozy enough to stay in and cook. We do both. We love crossing the bridge to get in the cabin and the lights at night make it feel magical. We love it as a couple, but can't wait to bring our kids here one day too. There is plenty of room while still giving parents their own space. We are not a big tech family so the fact there is only one tv is perfect! Our last trip was during a time with snow. Everything was still safe and accessible while feeling like we were in a Hallmark movie. The only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows if you do not like big pillows and I would love for a secondary lock on the side doors for a touch of added safety. However, we are already booking our next stay.... until we find a cabin that can compare to buy for ourselves! ##### Janna R. If i had one complaint its minor, the location of the cabin doesnt allow for a lot of sun. Really not a big deal just an observation. I was there with my family and a 3 year old, she loved it. I wish the playground was a little more but thats not a deal breaker at all.
