Salt & Light is a 9 bedroom, 9 full bath, 2 half bath oceanfront home nestled in the beautiful Sea Isle Plantation subdivision located in Indian Beach, North Carolina. This expansive, newly constructed home boasts 9 bedrooms, 9 full baths, and 2 half baths, providing ample space for large groups. With numerous common areas, guests can relax and socialize comfortably with at least one located on each floor. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Bedroom #1 features 3 Twin bunk sets, while Bedroom #2 offers 1 twin over queen bunk set. Bedrooms #3-#9 are generously appointed with King Beds and adjoining private full baths. Salt & Light is equipped with modern conveniences to enhance your stay, such as high-speed wireless internet, twelve Smart TVs, two kitchens (main kitchen is gourmet), multiple coffee makers, icemakers, dishwashers, wine refrigerators, and more. Indulge in the array of amenities that Salt & Light has to offer, including a private pool and hot tub, outdoor gas grill, putting green, two full kitchens, two laundry rooms, a recreational game room, and a theater room. Pool may be heated for $800/week +tax. Additional amenities include a private elevator, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, covered decks with deck furniture, fire pit, water treatment system, and a gas log fireplace for cozy evenings (Off Season Only). NOTE: Boat trailers or other trailers are not permitted to be parked in the subdivision in any capacity - this includes on-street and on-premises.
