« What a great escape!!! Love that this location was so close to all you'd need but nestled away in the woods to truly feel like an escape from the normal hustle and bustle of daily life. I wish we had stayed longer and we will definitely be back!!! The house was BEAUTIFUL and decorated so nicely! It felt like we were coming home not stepping into a VRBO which was nice and welcoming. « First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

« My stay was amazing here. I loved the scenery and the privacy in the back. The house was very clean and made me and my guest feel like we were at home. The house isn’t far from plenty of restaurants to eat at. I loved house the house came with the bunk house for people to stay in also. The owners provided shampoo, conditioner and soap in each shower. »

« Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work...
