Location, location, location! Minutes from the canyons, you will be close to everything when you stay at this clean, spacious Cottonwood Heights apartment! With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional living spaces featuring cozy sofa beds, this charming property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to relax and unwind. Two full-sized kitchens, super fast WiFi. Private entrance with self check in. Two parking spots, UTA ski bus stop in front. Convenient access off of I-215\. 20-30 minutes to the airport or downtown SLC. 35 minutes to Park City. Tons of great restaurants nearby. Perfect home base for your vacation!  
  
The space  
  
This four-bedroom unit (Apartments 6/7) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215\. Two parking spaces are available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons literally stops outside your door.  
  
This large apartment space consists of two full apartments combined into one unit to provide easy booking for larger groups. There is a single outer door leading to two separate units that make up one large 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-kitchen, 2-living room apartment.  
  
This double apartment has beautiful finishes with full kitchens. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. This unit is located on the lower level, but don't let that scare you off- it is a large and comfortable layout. There is plenty of light and the ceilings are a very comfortable height. It doesn't feel like you are in a basement!  
  
Four bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. This double unit is also equipped with 2 comfortable pull-out sofas that sleeps two. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. Each living room has a TV set up with Roku for your entertainment, as does one bedroom. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have two fully set-up kitchens for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Grill is one of our favorites)!  
  
Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.  
  
You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- each apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.  
  
We even have a wall-mounted ski rack to conveniently store your skis and poles. If you need a secure place to lock things up, there is a safe as well.  
  
We highly value cleanliness. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. We set up our bedding so that the entire duvet cover and coordinated pillowcases will be washed between every guest, in addition to sheets and towels, so that no surface is shared.  
  
This unit is not available to rent as student housing or seasonal employee housing.

You will have full use of this combined apartment space- no areas are shared with other guests.
