didn't like: (1) no hot water so maintenance came to room to fix, saying that the distance from the boilers to my room on the 5th floor caused delay in my getting hot water at the faucet in bathroom. Hot water was restored, but then no cold water. I fixed this problem by opening the valve on the cold water line under the sink. Can't believe that a hotel wojuld be designed that way. Subsequently, it took around 5 minutes of running the hot water valve before the water warmed up.
(2) only one bath towel was provided
(3) a very tiny bar of soap was provided by the bathroom sink
(4) there was a Courtyard van, but I was not able to arrange a ride to the airport because it was only available to American Airlines passengers and crew. I had to spend around $30 for a taxi to the airport.
(5) the "restaurant" was terrible...bad menu, slow service, bland food
