Breakfast is not included in the prepaid fee. No real mention about it on the hotel.com site nor when checking in.
I had pre checked in the day before my arrival following an invitation to do so from the hotel. When I showed up at the hotel, I could not see any advantages of pre checking in as it took as much time checking in face to face than checking in online.
I understand the non-smoking policy inside the hotel but I wished there was a designated area like other hotels.
It was pretty hard sleeping well and enjoying the bed until late in the morning because of the noise in the hotel and outside. I wasn't disturbed by the airplanes' noises but by the noises of other guests and especially by the housekeepers (loud chatting, no soft vacuuming, vacuuming by banging harshly the rooms' furniture).
The shower door kept opening. Wrong set-up, I guess.
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, useless. I'd wake up with pains in the neck and spine.
I still want to thank Rachel at the bar for her excellent customer service and smile no matter what.
