"The property was big and spacious it fit all of us and also provided everything you needed from kitchen laundry seating beds linens etc. cleanliness was okay but most linens were very dusty and there was an insect problem almost everywhere around the house. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky you can barely move, so we could not get a proper rest for 2 weeks. "La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites...

10/10 Excellent

"Definitely get the sea view room. Location is everything with this place. We went for the eclipse and as an older couple we enjoyed a relaxing day at the pool. It was not the kind of place we normally go. It is perfect for families and it was nice to see people having fun without screens. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. Appreciated that they were on top of keeping the floors dry with everyone dripping water. The place is a bit dated but it had a charm to it. The pool is the main feature and it was kind of nice that they close it early so you can enjoy the peaceful sea views in the evening. Elevators were a complaint for some but we were on the 3rd floor and didnt mind walking down. The other issue is the parking but we totally lucked out getting there early to get a spot near the hotel. We just kept up on paying the meter every 4 hours until the evening when parking was free."

"The hotel itself was ideally located and impecably maintained by staff. I do however have 3 complaints. According to my booking a complimentary bottle of wine was to be provided upon check in. The bottle was eventully brought to the room on day 3 of 4, after i mentioned it. The bottle had a cork, no corkscrew provided. ew complaints the biggest of which was that when I asked to speak with the manager regarding my concern that in the expedia property listing it states that umbrella and chairs under beach ammenities only to find out that they cost $20 euros a day to rent. Why would these not be listed as extra fee items versus ammen. Inoncern I was told by several staff that they would be in later in the day only to find out on my 4th visit that they were not scheduled to work that day and would not be in....why not tell me that in the first place. I did leave my name and number and was never contacted."

"Straightforward check in Straight to room on the 3rd floor Choice of 2 lifts Room clean and tidy 2 large beds Balcony overlooking pool Lovely bathroom Fridge Safe(didn’t use) Didn’t use hotels breakfast and bar as was out majority of days we visited Our last night(Saturday) we visited the rooftop bar and was extremely busy but with a good atmosphere We would deffo recommend hotel for a short stay Is a good 5-10 minute walk into town however we didn’t mind that"

"The whole hotel was very good. We stayed here last year and chose to return. The pool area and slides are excellent as are the animation team. We were half board, good selection at meal times- some excellent food, some only ok but we always left feeling full and satisfied. We had a late flight home, the girls at reception today (sat 8th) could not have been more helpful to us, they were so polite and courteous and had no problem allowing us up and back a few times to get stuff out of the cases in the store and also when we needed to have showers prior to leaving. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and thankfully have air con. No issues with this hotel- all good and we will definitely be back!"

"It would have been perfect if staff at the reception were trying harder to look friendly and helpful. Any questions about transport to the airport, theme park, attractions in the area..etc - the answer was " we don't provide this information". Also accepting deposit only in cash with cashmachine in hotel charging you a huge rate for withdrawing cash looks like more like scam rather than 4* hotel service. Everything else was perfect ."
