Lovely big bathroom with lots of space and a large wardrobe area to hang and fold clothes. Free safe which I thought was very good as in the past I have had to pay for the use of this at different hotels. The room could have been more spacious but it had 2 double beds in so they took up all of the room. Rooms were kept clean everyday. Only downside were the lifts, almost impossible to catch one from the top floor, which wasn’t a problem for us to walk down but could be for someone who struggles with mobility, but to walk up 12 flights of stairs each time was a lot. The location is spot on, 5 min walk to the beach, shops across the road and 3 min walk to the closest bars and restaurants. Would stay again.
The hotel was very clean. The hotel was only suitable for young family's and people with lower expectations. The pool is not big enough for a hotel of this size so consequently the loungers where usually 'reserved with towels by around 0730 desire signs to the contrary. Night 1of 7, we could have join in with next rooms conversation as the walls have not been sound proofed properly, if got worse, after 2300 we got to hear of some chap and his 'ladies' sexual performance until around 0400. Night 2 of 7 we requested a pool room view which apparently translates to approximately 5 feet of pool and most of the pool bar and terrace on this night happened to be bingo. So deep joy, we had very loud disco music from from around 2000 until past midnight.to cap it all we couldn't open our balcony door as the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke then engulfed our room. The food was average at best but the dining room was a complete free for all with a certain class of people thinking all you can eat is a challenge. The staff it has to be said were very pleasant except for 1 member of the spanish bar staff who didn't seem to understand that 'seco' is the spanish for dry in reference to dry white wine. We left after say 2 of 7, couldn't stay any longer

The hotel is suitable for anyone who wants to come wanting to spend a few days off. In the pool there are always many clients, and we never open before 09:30 in the morning, so you say that at 07:30 all the sunbeds are already reserved, it is not true. They were assigned a room with a pool view as requested. We believe that we have a good set of menus, just as every night we have the themed dinners plus the 3 live stations in the 3 services. The only negative was on Saturday the Hotel was completely full soI had to stand in a line for 10 minutes to go in for breakfast and the same for lunch and for evening meal I had to stand inline for 35 minutes
On Saturday you could not get a sun bed people just leave towels on the sun beds and going out of the Hotel complained to the Manager pointing out the signs at the hotel stating that you are not allowed to put towels on sun beds and then leave but he wasn’t interested told me that I could go to another hotel in the group and use their beds told him that I try to follow your rules but if you are not going to enforce them I would not follow them myself anymore
Hotel was to dated and old fashioned, staff were very pleasant and room attendant was good but just needed a revamp

Just the job! Good location within easy walking distance of plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. Room with 2 double beds, hairdryer in bathroom, shower over bath and balcony. All clean. Staff lovely and helpful. Half board, breakfast had lots of choice, freshly made omelettes and pancakes to order. Evening meal lots of choice too and always clean and freshly topped up.

Pleasant stay close to bus ride for portaventura p
Check in efficient. There was a safe in the room which cost 5 euros per day plus 10 euros deposit for the key. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Checkout good - 12 noon. Though a do not disturb sign would be helpful for the door as the housekeeping lady knocked and tried to come in several times before we finally checked out. Plenty of small shops nearby. We arrived into Salon via train , the taxi ride cost 10euros. Pleasant stay .

Hotel was generally fine, clean and tidy, suitable for a short stay. The hotel staff were not the most helpful, were quite rude and unfriendly. The nicest staff were the domestic team who were cleaning the rooms.
I was visiting Salou to see PortAventure and have a few relaxing days on the coast. The hotel is located within walking distance to everything so suited my needs. The rooms are basic but good enough for the price while staff on reception were friendly. One real downside to the room is the location of switches on the headboard - these have been fitted so low that during the night any movement results in the lights being switched on by the pillow. Other than that the facilities are as you would expect and make for a good stay.
Unfortunately during my stay the hotel was filled with school children from Ireland, lucky for me a large number on my floor. They found it fun to run up and down the corridors until midnight banging on doors and shouting at each other. A teacher would make a token appearance now and them but hey free reign. It meant getting very little sleep or relaxation on the premises.
So what can you do? I'd suggest contacting the hotel ahead of time to ensure you are not located in a similar situation as it really impacts on the quality of your holiday - its a shame as the hotel without these guest would have been ideal.

Our room was above the bar and they were moving furniture till 0.00 hrs. So very loud and noisy.breakfast was great.

L’hôtel est bien situé et la chambre en elle-même est pas mal avec un petit frigo, la literie est bonne. Ce qui gâche tout c’est vraiment la propreté et l’insonorisation des chambres il y a toujours du bruit. J’avais peur de marcher sans claquettes tellement le sol de la salle de bain était douteux. Poils et cheveux des anciens résidents sur les murs la baignoire le sol

La chambre était mal isolée, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la rue et dans les chambres avoisinantes. Le ménage était plutôt bien dans l’ensemble.
Il y a une vraie problématique par rapport aux ascenseurs qu’on doit attendre super longtemps!
La restauration était bonne et variée. Dommage de ne pas avoir accès à la totalité des plats en basse saison. Lors de notre dernier jour nous avons eu accès aux woks et il y avait une plus grande variété de plats.
Le personnel était sympathique et à l’écoute.

Von montag bis samstag im hotel gewesen und es wurde nicht einziges mal sauber gemacht.
Es hiess immer wir notieren es uns euren zimmer nummer heute schicken wir jemanden.
Es wurden für 3 Personen 3 Handtücher hingelegt.
Man hatte angst strand zu gehen weil wenn man mehr sand mit bringt hat man mehr Unordnung im zimmer.
Von dem her ich bin stinksauer nach hause gekommen.
Und empfehle diesen hotel niemanden.

Vi havde halvpension (morgenmad og aftensmad), men bentttede os ikke rigtig af det, da niveauet var lavt….og aftensmaden især var ikke værd at spise ( det skal dog siges at prisen var lav….og det er ikke let at lave noget, som opfylder ønsket til +400 gæster)
Hôtel remis à neuf avec de beaux éclairages bleutés la nuit. Beau balcon mais choisir la vue piscine. Gros problème de place de parking dans le quartier, voir la ville...
Отличное питание, бывают хорошие анимации, довольно тихо, отличная ресепционисит Мария, чего не скажешь о Татьяне- бывает жестковата. Из всех Бест я предпочел бы в этом году именно этот! Несмотря на три звезды, благодаря хорошему Вайфай, питанию- 5 баллов, и анимации.
Bonjour, j estimeque quand on est client de l hotel et que il n y a pas de bus pour repartir a l aeroport il pourrai avoir une solution ce sont toujour les meme qui paye sachant que l avion lui et parti comment on fait...... au revoir
