It boasts breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque town of Salobreña. The view is enhanced by the iconic Moorish castle of Salobreña and the vast, green hinterland with its rolling hills. A true paradise for lovers of peace, nature, culture, and sporting activities. The villa is decorated in a modern Spanish style and warm yellow tones, perfectly matching the Mediterranean atmosphere of this authentic part of Spain. Colorful details create a playful contrast and emphasize the typical Spanish architecture. The house has three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, one with a rain shower and the other two with bathtubs. The spacious, cozy living room has a separate dining area and an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals, which you can then enjoy on the spacious terrace. The villa has a separate apartment on the lower ground floor with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom, and a private terrace. This makes the villa ideal for larger groups, two families, or those who like to have more space. The villa is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning, so you can enjoy pleasant coolness even on the hottest days. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The villa also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside the villa, there is a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue, so you can enjoy the evenings with friends or family. The swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) can be illuminated in the evening and also has a built-in staircase. There is ample parking, including a covered area for two cars. Since the villa has a separate apartment, it is suitable for a total of 8 guests. Villa Aura is located on the beautiful “Monte de los Almendros” hill. The community area with a tennis court, paddle court, swimming pool, paddling pool, soccer field and a small snack bar (open during the summer months) is just a few minutes’ drive away. The beach, restaurants, and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. Malaga, Granada and Almeria airports are all easily accessible. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area: The Sierra Nevada ski resort, where you can also enjoy lovely walks, is a 75-minute drive away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and enjoy the beach or your pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole golf course, located right on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages of the Alpujarras are close to the villa, as well as the beautiful historic city of Granada, with its world-famous Alhambra Palace and also Málaga with its historic city center, cathedral and Picasso Museum. For those interested in architecture, and history this region offers the best of Andalusia. Small whitewashed mountain villages hidden in the mountain landscape, tropical plants, flamenco music and of course the richness and diversity of Spanish cuisine and delicious regional wines. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind ein Traum, ebenso der Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen. Wir haben die Sonne auf der riesigen Terrasse genossen und konnten sogar noch im Pool baden. Die Küche ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet und der Wohnbereich für kühle Abende, an denen man nicht mehr draußen sitzen kann, gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad gibt. Ein perfektes Ferienhaus in das wir gerne wieder kommen. ##### Sandra H.
