Extremely nice but a bit far from everything. Amazing host. Very nice and comfortable queen size bed. Our favourite stay in our 3 weeks vacation in France. Would absolutely recommended it to anyone.

Lovely place. Nice and quiet retreat after a day of exploring but still close enough drive to shopping and eating places. Excellent breakfast.

The grounds were perfectly groomed and the Chataeu was very elegant . Not too far from the Beaches of Normandy

Comfortable stay. Not fancy but totally worked for our needs! The fellow at the front desk was very pleasant

Easy check in. They have done an amazing job of renovating this historical property and making extremely comfortable, and modern, soundproof rooms. The use of energy saving features was also appreciated, including the pathway to the town. Breakfast had a good amount of choice and was convenient, although the most expensive in all of our three week stay in Europe. Very convenient to all of the sites.

Despite being a no frills hotel, with small rooms, it was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good, shower had good pressure. Overall, the best value one can find in Bayeux!

We brought our grandson to see the Normandy beaches and this B&B was so convenient to all of them. Caroline the host is outstanding and she goes out of her way to make your stay excellent. The breakfast she serves is homemade and delicious, with local ingredients! I cannot rate her or this property high enough. What a wonderful visit and experience!

The hotel is ideally situated, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpfull. We had an amazing french dinner in the hotel restaurant. I would highly recommend eating there since we found it to be better than any other meals we had in Bayeux or Paris.

We stayed in the guesthouse in the back with three bedrooms and three toilets and showers with a kitchen. Large space for six. Bayeaux is lovely and the Castel is a perfect location within it.

We enjoyed our stay in Bayeux, and loved this little bread and breakfast. It is a building from the 16th century and was a blacksmith shop at one time. It is quaint and homey. The owner is very friendly and helpful with information about the area. She served an excellent breakfast every morning with local cheeses and homemade delights from the area. Both owners stayed in the breakfast room and talked to their guests. They made you feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Un lieu magnifiques, un service impeccable, une très bonne table
