« Lovely location, rooms and buildings. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the gardens and park are gorgeous. Welcome and service excellent. We stayed after a visit to Longleat and it was the perfect relaxing stop after a busy day. Only thing that could have made it better would have been if food and drinks were available there in the evening, the cafe closes at 5. We drove to Frome and had an excellent meal in Little Walcot. »

« The Redan was the best hospitality experience of our English holiday, nothing less! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Inn itself was newly renovated and offered all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. In spite of having a Public House on the ground floor, our room was quiet and peaceful. « A very nice hotel in a lovely street, close to the sea. Of course you have to take the bus to go downtown which is not very close, unless you have a car. The street is quiet so you can sleep without being bothered by noise. The bed is good and it is useful to have a little kitchen well equipped. The only thing lacking is a towel holder in the shower and in the room. The little garden is lovely and the owner is very welcoming. »
