Private: park 2'000 m2, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, parking on the premises. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bar 6 km, railway station "Poggio Mirteto" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Fara in Sabina 13 km, Rieti 33 km, Cascata Delle Marmore 40 km, Roma 55 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
