"For those traveling with pets be aware that even though you are charged $25 extra, pets are strictly not allowed on the beds or furniture. If fur is detected upon checkout they nail you with another $50 charge. I’ve stayed at multiple pet friendly hotels but have never encountered this. "

"Coffee and breakfast were not free, and it only had a Starbucks with very limited hours. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Out room was dirty and dated, and the bathroom had hair and hair balls in the shower. We rented this hotel for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing. It was $150 per night, I would’ve rather stayed at The Hampton Inn next door. "

"I checked in on Friday and the bed squeaked so loudly it was insane. I was moved to another room and it was fine until we tried to shower the next day. The shower would not turn on. I was told maintenance would be in at 230 and would look at it. I called the front desk about 5 pm to check on the status of the maintenance person. The front desk went and found the maintenance and advised me that he was “too busy” to look at the shows and would have to move AGAIN to another room. Three rooms for a two night stay! When I asked for a refund I was advised that I would need to talk to the manager and she was not in on the weekend. I have stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems which is why I came back. Not sure I would ever stay here again! "
