« Booked with Expedia, Checked in and checked right back out. Room was disgusting!! Not at all like the pics and the hot tub jets had scum around it. I spoke with the guy at the desk who said he’d let us look at another room, that one was filthy too. He said he’d let his manager know to see about a refund. They never got back to me so I reached out to Expedia who also couldn’t get a reply so I called the manager myself and she said they’d see what they could do, but then never replied back to me...

« We arrived after a big storm and the power was out It was cold and dark, but the staff didn't pout They found us a room and showed us the way Just wrote down my info so the next day I could pay The next morning the staff said happy holidays and gave my kids a treat and a smile It might not seem like much, but we loved that they went the extra mile We got a late checkout because my wife had meetings It was a definitely a really good stay even though it was fleeting »
