This fully furnished home offers a front-row seat to the very best of Salida—steps from the Arkansas River and just a 3-minute walk to downtown shops, coffeehouses, galleries, and restaurants, with sweeping Collegiate Peaks views at sunrise and sunset. Enjoy the rare convenience of generous street-side parking with space for trailers, boats, and RVs right out front, then spend your days fly fishing, rafting, and strolling riverside paths or hopping directly onto the Salida Mountain Trail System right from the house. Monarch Mountain and nearby hot springs are an easy 25 min drive away.
    Monthly rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet, making this an easy, move-in-ready option for a 30+ day stay. We do not require a security deposit; instead, we ask that you pay $240 to purchase our liability coverage, and pay a $200 move-out cleaning fee.
