Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap. Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm. All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions. \~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest. \*\*This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Big, well-stocked kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, cozy space on table with plenty of board games to play and even a piano. Very comfortable.The house is situated in a stunning location with 360 views of the mountains and decks for watching the sunrises and sunsets over the mountains. The house is on a quiet road so feels like being in the countryside yet Salida is only a very short ride away and can easily be reached by walking, or cycling, down the bike path which runs in front of the house. Thus it provides a lovely mix of country living with the lively town of Salida close by and with access to trails along the river or up into the hills above the town.
