The hotel is a big sprawling site, but it is mainly immaculate property with lots of attentive staff and is a beautiful position in Salalah. A special mention to Adel (Coco's Bar) and Ben (Breakers Restaurant) for their excellent service and customer friendly attitude. I missed one star off the overall experience as some parts of the hotel are looking tired now. Our room 8107 had blown glass in the patio doors meaning you couldn't see through the glass. Also, it would be good if there was an excursion booking centre in the hotel, rather than having to go to the Marina (hard work when the person you are on holiday with, struggles to walk). I would however recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a nice comfortable place to stay.

We traveled as Family with kids in end on June (not high season) so hotel wasn't crowded yet we loved our trip. *********** Things that can be improved *************** We were traveling with small kids..We expect kids club to be available even if it is not high end season... It should be clearly communicated upon booking that Aqua park is closed on Sunday and Monday Quality of shampoo used is not for a 5 stars hotel *********** Things that are great *************** Hotel Location is great. Bed is very comfortable. Hotel staff are great and very helpful and attentive. Really customer first Food taste is great but variety could be better Great to have the option to have dinner at Al Fanar or Rotana

Recommended hotel! Pros: Fantastic location with beautiful sandy beaches, plenty of activities to do, all very well organized, extremely friendly staff attentive to guests’ needs, and excellent quality food. Cons: Without a premium experience, the included drinks are too few, the rooms need significant maintenance and possibly some modernization, and the Wi-Fi is very slow and doesn’t work in many areas of the hotel (including part of our room and some beaches).

Special mention to the wonderful staff the hotel has, especially staff in their dining kitchen and bell hoopers. The hotel is reasonably well-maintained. A couple of things I would like to bring to the notice of the management is why ain't any dedicated Indian restaurant. Furthermore during the summer months why would they close the pool at 7, nobody is going to enjoy the pool in extreme heat. They would love to enjoy the pool and the view after the sunset as they are on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel . It’s perfect for families. The hotel provide nice activities for kids and relaxing sites for adults . The kids club is very good , the water park is very nice as well. The hotel is close from most of the sites in salalah and the weather is cool with little humidity from time to time . This season the rain was not much so u won’t see any water falls but the greenery is everywhere

Very good option If you plan to relax. It's far from city center and other nature districts within Salalah, so it's recommended for the last couple of days (after visiting planned districts). Once arrived to the property, it will be difficult to find out easy transportation with reasonable cost, unless you have your own vehicle.

Relaxing Hotel.

The hotel is located inside Hawana Salalah resort among three other hotels. It has amazing area with lagoon beach and marina which has resturants, coffee shops and few gift shops. The rooms are sepacious but outdated with clean old furniture. Staff is amazing and friendly. Food is delicious but make sure if you order room service that they got your order correctly. There is free parking lot. I highly recommend it and I will come again.

Great stay!

A very good hotel with great staff, food, service and with 3 beaches! Located outside of Salalah in Hawana that has a very relaxing vibe. If you want to relax and eat good food ( and buffe ) with the ocean in front of a hotel, then this is it!

Nice hotel and pools

The hotel is very nice and has great swimming pools. The breakfast is also excellent with lots of options I didn’t like the staff overall specially at the reception Location is also outside the city and we had trouble to park the car because there are limited spaces
