"Wonderful hotel. Great facilities but it was not mentioned in the details on the booking that it was Ramadan. We booked full Inclusive package to include all food drinks etc but when we arrived restaurants were closed. Cafe closed, bar closed, hairdressers closed. Shops closed. We were told that we could only eat in our room with room service. We weren’t able to even have a drink around the pool. Had to go to the gym to get water. Totally respect the culture but should have been forewarned so we didn’t pay for the facilities that we weren’t able to Use. "

"clean room, great service, great view but north facing so when the sun is low in the sky ( ie in november when we went) the pool is in shade which can get a bit chilly. Imagine it is beautiful in summer. Spa has sauna and steam which is usually quiet so feels very personal and calm. would use again "

"It was a great experience! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They offered us an upgrade room and on Valentine’s Day they have decorated the room with red Roses and cake. At the beginning we were not sure abut staying at the hotel but after our stay I think it would do it again."
