Private: property 500 m2, well-kept garden 55 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers. Pergola (15 m2), parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant, bakery 900 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 12 km, sandy beach "Agay" 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Dramont 3 km, Fréjus 13 km, Cannes 30 km, Saint-Tropez 50 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 3 km, Sentier du Littoral 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus.
