With a surface area of 28 m² and located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with bathtub). Bed linen and towels not included - we're waiting for you! The apartment comprises \- 25 m² living room with a double sofa bed \- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, hob, fridge and dining area \- 1 queen-size bed (160×200) that can be folded away to optimize space \- Bathroom with bath and WC Outside : \- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from May 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate. \- A 6 m² balcony with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
