Immerse yourself in the natural surroundings of the Cap Estérel - Le Belvédère resort, situated near the beach and the Tiki Plage sandy shore. Explore the nearby hiking trails in the Massif de l'Estérel and take advantage of the on-site park, yards, and outdoor leisure spaces.  
  
Other Information:  
This guarded residence offers a car-free environment with entertainment options during the season, making it ideal for families. Childminding services are available for an additional fee. The keys are provided by the Interhome agency located within the Cap Estérel complex. Please note that access to the apartments involves steps, even on the ground floor, and there are no elevators.

Nearby attractions include the towns of Anthéor (8 km), Saint-Raphaël (9 km), Fréjus (13 km), Cannes (33 km), Saint-Tropez (50 km), and Nice (76 km). The Lac Saint-Cassien lake is easily accessible from the resort. Additionally, a marina, a 9-hole golf course, and tennis courts are within close proximity.

Unit Layout  
Le Belvédère (R4 317) is a 2-room apartment with an area of 28 square meters, situated on the 2nd floor. The living room features a pull-out bed that measures 2 x 80 cm and has a length of 190 cm, accompanied by a flat-screen TV. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the terrace. The apartment has one room equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a range of amenities such as 4 hot plates, a mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are available at an additional cost. The bathroom is separate from the water closet (WC). Electric heating is provided throughout the unit. The apartment features a large terrace spanning 15 square meters, complete with outdoor furniture. Internet access (WiFi) is available at an extra charge. Additionally, a reserved parking spot for one car is included in the rental.  
  
Other Information  
The property is a smoke-free environment, and only non-smokers are permitted to stay. One small pet or dog is allowed, subject to applicable regulations. A smoke alarm is installed for safety purposes. The offer is provided by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of CGI. The property is suitable for vacation rentals, and the maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
