Bäcker und Supermarket sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss, Strand ist ca.100 m. Die Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig,daher ist super,dass man eine Garage hat,aber für grossere Autos ist die leider nicht geeignet. Het appartement heeft een moderne badkamer, maar de rest is wat gedateerd. Echter, het is schoon en ruim met een fraai uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de boulevard en Saint-Raphaël. Nadeel van dit appartement kan zijn dat het niet over een lift beschikt. Het is 6 trappen lopen met in totaal 48 treden, dus niets wanneer je slecht ter been bent. Leuk appartement met mooie badkamer en fraai uitzicht. Keuken gedateerd, maar voldoet. Nadeel: er is geen lift, maar wanneer je goed ter been bent went het traplopen (50 treden) snel. De beschikbare garage is alleen geschikt voor kleine auto's, want te smal voor een gemiddelde middenklasser.
