In the district of Dramont, in a quiet position in the residential district, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, west facing position. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop "Camp Long" 10 m, railway station "St Raphael" 8 km, sandy beach 50 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 4 km, Dramont 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
