agréable séjour
Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire Mme Boutineau. La maison est très bien située à proximité du port de la Cotinière. Ceci est appréciable car on peut y aller à pied en laissant la voiture à la location car les places sont très difficiles à trouver sur le port. La maison est spacieuse et agréable avec 2 chambres à l'étage et le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de toilettes à l'étage. Location a recommander pour un séjour tranquille et confortable avec un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Séjour en couple avec chien
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce gite avec notre chienne. La maison était propre et équipé. La route pour accéder à la petite plage n'a pas de trottoir et est très passante, c'est dommage. Aucun souci sur l'accueil de notre chienne, c'est agréable une propriétaire qui ne soit pas réticente à louer avec un grand chien.

Très bon accueil de Me Boutineau. La maison est très bien située par rapport au village, aux plages et aux pistes cyclables. C'est une charmante petite maison typique de l' île d' Oléron, tout confort, très propre, parfait en tout point pour y passer d agréables vacances. Bien cordialement
