Saint-Marcel-de-Richelieu Vacation Packages

It is a good location and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. However the listing photos must be of the nicest apartment as there was broken furniture, patchy paint job, and dirty areas throughout the place. The owners were also difficult and slow to communicate check-in process and address a situation of only one towel in the place for four people. With better maintenance, cleaning, supplies and communication this would have been a much better review.

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

The apartment architecture is eye-catching. We were in a corner unit with wraparound window walls and a balcony. The unit was clean. The couch was stained, and the IKEA-like cabinets showed particle board in places. The sheets weren't soft, and the pillows offered no support. A hair dryer was available upon request, along with dish towels. Concordia is across the street, and students were loud until around midnight or later on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday during our stay. Having three bedrooms/two bathrooms was terrific! The building is clean. I had an Expedia credit and discount, and this made the price exceptional. My fellow travelers loved the unit!

I had the small room towards the street. I had an excellent view. I could see the fair on the boardwalk from one of my windows. The fair shuts down as of 11pm on weekends so the apt became very quiet. You are right on the Blvd to walk the restaurants and shops. It was an excellent choice as my flight had a 9 hour delay so I didn't get to see much of Montreal but this was a welcoming and perfectly needed opportunity. I walked the vicinity and didn't have to Uber it to a hotel. I just sauntered with my crepe right up to my apt and slept! And got up early in the morning to grab a breakfast it was delicious. It wasn't just a right choice it was THEE Choice.
