This studio-type accommodation is set in a converted orangery, all on 1 level. Character interior. Entrance in living room (1 step), sleeping area for 2 people (160 cm bed or 2 single beds as needed, extra daybed), dining area. Open kitchen. Shower room with WC. Loan of TV on request. Travel cot and changing mat available. Highchair and bathtube for baby on request. Outdoors : small separate garden shaded by a fig tree, garden furniture, bench, deckchairs, plancha. Shared parking area. Utilities included in rent from 15/05 to 15/09 & for short stays (1 or 2 nights). Reception rooms for hire (38 sq.m. & cellar of 95 sq.m.).
