You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Toucan - Apartment with sea view, beach and pool

Luxury apartment full sea view, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 2 families with children.  
2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4).  
The Charles 4 apartment has been tastefully decorated.  
The apartment is located in the tropical park of 8 hectares of the guarded and secure residence of Anse des Rochers.  
Located in height it offers a splendid sea view to 180 °, from where you can admire the beach below and the beautiful sunset.  
You get all the benefits of the resort with free access to the largest pool in Guadeloupe and the tennis court. The Ti Coco restaurant located on the beach will allow you to take your meals.  
The apartment is equipped with a water tank to compensate for any break.  
  
During your stay, a cleaning service is provided 2 times per week.  
  
Please note that on site you will be asked to pay the city tax of € 2.30 / night / adult and the end-of-stay cleaning fee of € 150.
