This 200 m² gîte, spread over two levels, accommodates up to 10 people in a spacious and welcoming setting. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large, welcoming living room, a separate toilet, and a large, multifunctional entrance hall ideal for socializing. Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms: one with a 140x200 bed, a dormitory room with four 90x200 beds and private bathrooms, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and another with two 90x200 beds. Two bathrooms and two toilets complete the ensemble. For a comfortable stay, the bedding is high-end, the beds are made upon your arrival, towels are provided, and utilities are included. A natural interlude in Saint-Denis-sur-Coise, in the heart of the Loire. From the vast 1500 m² wooded garden, admire the rolling landscapes of the Monts du Lyonnais. Under the original roof structure, enjoy a moment of well-being in the 3-seater spa with outdoor lounge after a game of pétanque or ping-pong, or gather for an evening of dancing in the multi-purpose room at your disposal. Just 200 meters away, the cottage's private pond promises great fishing. Looking for something different? Head to the Hurongues leisure center, 3 km away, for swimming, walks, or family games. Here, everything invites you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy.
