Jun 19, 2022 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in #### Juni 2022 Familie Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Residenz, in der hauptsächlich ältere Menschen Ferienwohnungen haben. Deshalb dürfen Kinder da nichts, d.h. nicht Ball spielen oder Roller fahren auf dem Gelände, nichts spielen am Pool, nicht einspringen usw. Die Wohnung eignet sich maximal für eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern, denn es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Dopoelbett, zusammengeschustert aus verschiedenen Teilen, 1,40m breit, sowie in einem weiteren Schlafzimmer ein Etagenbett. Die Wohnung ist winzig, man kann die Couch umklappen, würde sich zu sechst oder als 4 Erwachsene aber auf die Füße treten. Die Schlafzimmerfenster gehen jeweils auf den Hausflur. Die Leute laufen dran vorbei, die ihre Wohnung auch auf der Etage haben. Auch befindet sich die Wohnung gegenüber vom Treppenhaus, man hört die Leute auch hoch und runter gehen sowie den Fahrstuhl. Die Fenster kann man leider nicht ankippen. Das Fenster im Kinderzimmer kann man nur einen Spalt öffnen, dann stößt es ans Bett. Der Fahrstuhl war kaputt und machte mehrere Nächte Lärm, bis wir jemanden fanden, der jemanden kannte, der ihn wenigstens abstellen konnte. Die Wohnung wirkte wie vor langer Zeit sauber gemacht und dann lange nicht betreten respektive bewohnt, das sah man am Balkondreck. Die Wohnung hat eine Einrichtung, die verschlissen wirkt. Die Armatur an der Badewanne zum Umstellen auf Dusche ließ einen Hebel vermissen, es war nur eine Schraube da zum Ziehen. Einiges war gebrochen, zB die Lampe an der Küchenzeile, der Balkontisch, der Fuß vom Badmülleimer. Die nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine wurde nach Reklamation (Man sollte Französisch sprechen) ersetzt durch eine winzig kleine, die aber funktionierte. Für uns zählte letztlich aber die tolle Lage direkt am Meer, der Meerblick und der unschlagbare Mietpreis. Die Residenz ist in St. Cyprien Sud, dort ist am Strand wenig los und an unserem Hund hat sich niemand gestört. Man muss allerdings den Code vom Gartentor kennen, der uns von der Agentur nicht mitgeteilt wurde, icj vermute, sie kennen ihn selbst nicht. Wir haben ein paar nette Engländer gefragt. Denn man läuft durch den Garten durch das Tor, dann kommt ein schmaler Dünenstreifen und dann ist da schon der Strand. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, sonst nichts, nur Wohnhäuser, es gibt dort aber auch Baguette. Nicht weit weg ist ein kleines Ladenzentrum (Fischladen, Boulangerie, Obstladen, kleiner Supermarkt). Wir fanden die Lage super, wollten aber auch Ruhe. ##### Annika B.
