For shared use: swimming pool fenced (depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Boccia, children's playground, parking on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Elne" 7.5 km, pebble beach "Plage Sud" 1 km. Sports harbour 2.4 km, golf course (27 hole) 6 km, sailing school 2.7 km, minigolf 5 km, riding stable 2.7 km, sports centre 1.4 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 600 m.  
2-room apartment 42 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Environnement très calme et agréable, bien entretenu. Appartement très bien équipé. Piscine très propre. Résidence sécurisée très appréciée. En retrait du tumulte touristique de l'été. Merci.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour., location très propre , très bien équipée et climatisé avec un seul point négatif : la mezzanine ( bas de plafond, attention à la poutre et à la clim qui est au dessus du lit...)
