Ground floor: living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room.  
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, toilet.  
30 m² carport. 15 m² terrace and 200 m² private enclosed garden. Shared swimming pool with disabled access (11x7 m, safety barrier, and cover), heated in mid-season, open from late May to mid-September. 4,000 m² garden with swings, table tennis, and badminton net, shared by all 3 cottages.  
TV with Chromecast, radio, fiber optic internet connection with Wi-Fi.  
Baby equipment (request upon booking): travel cot, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty.  
Wood is provided for the fireplace. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are provided, and beds are made upon arrival.  
Regular cleaning is available during your stay.  
Tasting of the estate's Pineau and Cognacs, as well as black truffles, from December to January.  
  
Tourism and Disability (mental and hearing) certified. Located on a vineyard and truffle estate with a swimming pool, this cottage is adjacent to another cottage and farm buildings, with no overlooking neighbors. With its own separate entrance, the cottage opens onto a private 200 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors.
