This 62m² self-contained cottage is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge, as well as a separate WC. This living space opens onto a 15m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with four single beds (which can be made into king-size beds upon request). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a WC. To ensure a comfortable stay, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon arrival. Laeticia and Frédéric welcome you to their cottage, which they have fully renovated and equipped for your comfort. The pleasant terrace offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It's ideally located for exploring the region, between town and country, and between Saint-Étienne, Lyon, and the Pilat Regional Natural Park (Saint-Étienne: 8 km - Lyon: 50 km). This address is ideal for a family holiday in the countryside, a relaxing weekend getaway for two, or a business trip.
