« Valentines evening with overnight stay.
Check in easy, mostly done online prior to arrival. Room was good size and very clean, hotel situated along side of busy A55, but road noise in room was minimal.
Had small lunch and then dinner in the evening, the service from Heather was excellent, full of smiles and attentive, even though it was busy with the amount of staff they had on serving. She just gave that little bit extra that made you feel well looked after and that she care about your...

« Location is great. Hote Is basic as reflected in price as well as reviews.
Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive.
Secondly, there was no daily cleaning or towel change and was not mentioned clearly. »

« The room was clean & we had a nice meal, however we asked for breakfast at 8am due to a ride event we were attending. However, the following day no breakfast was available & the chef was unaware of our request, which was a shame & left with no food.
Also, on the Expedia site the room I booked was £52 each, but I was charged £112, & not sure where the fault lies though suspect it is Expedia »
