Ideal for a stay for two, this cozy 34 m² cottage is perfect for recharging your batteries. Located in an old wine farm that has been in operation since the 19th century, it offers a breathtaking view of the Roanne plain. Let yourself be seduced by its bucolic setting, where every detail invites you to relax: swimming pool bordered by a pool house, enclosed garden, and neat decoration reminiscent of a Tuscan atmosphere. Explore the wonders of the Loire from this ideally located cottage. Go hiking directly from the property, discover the picturesque landscapes of the Côte Roannaise vineyard or enjoy sports activities such as golf 8 km away. Le gite est au calme, les propriétaires accueillant et restent discret. La machine à laver est dans un sous sol un peu Veuillot et remplit de toile d'araignées, ce qui est un peu dérangeant.
