Excellent staff and facilities

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to my family and friends

Very clean hotel and the room was excellent. Vinyl flooring in the room which was much better than carpet. Breakfast was sparse in choices but adequate. I would choose this hotel again. Also several eating places were a half a block walk. Shuttle was clean the driver quite helpful.

The staff was soo nice, anytime I had any questions they would respond with kindness and smiles. Always made you welcome as their guest. Felt like being a regular customer, so much so that on my return flight home, I cancelled the other hotel I was to stay at and re-booked this one again. Being solo can be nerve raking at times, but as soon as I entered there free shuttle from the airport, Shelley made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions with warmth and genuine smile.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Our stay was amazing . We would have liked our garbage changed more but they always came when we asked . Automated doors in more areas would be helpful as I am handicapped but there was usually someone there willing to help . An on sight ATM would be helpful too as I needed American cash at times

Proximity to airport.

The hotel is a bit dated. The beds and linens were very nice..had a great sleep. The staff very accommodating. My cats were regarded as service animals, as I am totally deaf!!. The room was roomy but could have been a bit cleaner. We would stay again. Great stay for the cost.

All fantastic!

It was good

We had a very nice room for 2 nights. The buffet breakfast was really good. They even have a social get-together Monday - Wednesday where they offer hors d'oeuvres and complimentary wine or beer. If we return to Tucson, we would definitely stay here again

We LOVED this place. The room was so spacious and although we didn't use the kitchen it would be great for long-term guests.

This place is a hidden gem! The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. There is a bar with board games available. It is well stocked with great beer and cocktail option. The pool is small, but lovely. Nice for lounging in warm weather. They had a musician playing the night we were there, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was only porridge and poptarts, but the coffee was good! The staff were all friendly. Only downside is the area around the hotel is fairly industrial, but...
